Stacey Goodrich, MA, LMHC
I have been in private practice for 30 years helping children, teens, adults and couples. My approach is direct, compassionate and collaborative. We will explore your feelings, thoughts, needs and beliefs to identify, release and rework old patterns of relating to yourself and your world. A blend of cognitive and mindfulness approaches will help you make new choices and trust your ability to move towards what will bring you a deep sense of self, compassion and self agency. I currently work with my clients offsite.
I graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1980 and got my Masters degree at the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Bastyr University, in 1994.
