Stefani Morris, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
My name is Stefani Morris and I am currently a Licensed Psychologist (PY60936043) in the state of Washington. I earned my BA in psychology from University of Puget Sound in 2012 and my doctorate degree from Midwestern University, Glendale campus in 2017.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, but also have experience with older adults. I have worked in the school setting as a lead clinician and in an outpatient setting as an individual and group therapist. Much of my experience has been working with clients with various behavioral and emotional disorders as well as co-occurring disorders. I also provide services to individuals experiencing interpersonal or familial conflict as well as parenting skills sessions.
In my sessions I attempt to meet my clients where they are at using various supportive and cognitive behavioral approaches. When working with the younger population much of my interventions tend to align with play therapy techniques. Unique and individualized goals are set for each of my clients and through a collaborative process between my clients and myself we will attain those goals. Specific areas I have focused on thus far in my career include the following: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, conduct disorders, trauma disorders, behavioral disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, parenting skills, psychotic disorders, ADHD, self-esteem issues, stress management, and danger to self / danger to others behaviors and ideations.
