My name is Aubrey Hardesty, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Arizona, and am currently pursuing licensure in Washington. I earned my doctoral degree from Midwestern University, Glendale campus, in 2017.

I am credentialed as a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington at present. My clinical rotations have included private practice settings focused on therapeutic and neuropsychological work, community mental health facilities in both urban and rural settings, an inpatient crisis recovery hospital, and a public high school.

I offer and have experience in therapy for every age and juncture of life including children, adolescents, couples, families and adults. My clinical focus specialty is working with adolescents and young adults with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, grief/bereavement, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal relationships, trauma, spiritual growth, and navigating life changes.

I am passionate about meeting clients where they are, thus my treatment approaches vary based on the individual. Treatment approaches include person-centered psychotherapy, mindfulness-based practice, play therapy, crisis intervention, and cognitive and behavioral therapies. I take a collaborative approach when working with clients and work toward increasing their sense of self and agency through individual treatment goals. My desire is to walk with others on part of their journey toward healing.
