My name is Holly Bains and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington

(MC61629229). For nearly a decade, I have worked with individuals across a variety of behavioral health settings, including trauma-informed care, inpatient psychiatric services, behavioral health counseling, and special education. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing looks different for everyone and that each person’s story deserves to be met with compassion, understanding, and respect.

Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment where healing and growth can take place at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where

clients feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I work alongside my clients to better understand their experiences,

build on their strengths, and develop the tools they need to move toward healing and lasting change. I am especially

passionate about helping individuals who have experienced trauma find hope, resilience, and a path forward.
